They are expected to work during your business hours and should be considered as an extension of your local team, just working overseas in our office. You can also give them an email address under your business domain to really make them a part of your team.
We highly recommend having an orientation on your staff’s first day to get them acquainted with the team, their supervisor or to whom they will be directly reporting on a daily basis. Share your expectations for your company standards, culture, and procedures within your business and how you work and what systems processes they should follow.
