This year, Guerilla Staffing Solutions brought the future to life with our 2025 Year-End Party, themed “Cyberpunk” and titled Glowforge Protocol. The event was a spectacular celebration of teamwork, creativity, and our accomplishments throughout the year — with staff fully embracing the neon-lit, futuristic vibes of the night.

The night kicked off with thrilling cyberpunk-inspired games: Neon Dash, Glitch Grab, and Cyber Fetch. Staff competed with energy and enthusiasm, navigating challenges that tested their speed, wit, and teamwork — all while keeping the neon, futuristic theme alive
Pulse: Guerilla Talent Showdown
One of the highlights of the night was the Guerilla Talent Showdown. Representing the day shift and night shift, Ivan and Bianca faced off in an electrifying solo dance showdown. Both dancers embraced the cyberpunk aesthetic, incorporating lights and futuristic moves that energized the audience. After a fierce and mesmerizing performance, Ivan was crowned the winner, leaving everyone in awe of the talent and creativity showcased that night.
Style Icon of the Night
The Style Icon competition truly captured the essence of our Cyberpunk theme. Staff went all out with reflective, neon, silver, metallic, and futuristic outfits — creating a visual spectacle that made the night unforgettable.
From the many impressive costumes, top nominees were chosen via online voting:

- Female Nominees: Kimberly, Karen, and Diana
After an exciting round of votes, John Kristian and Kimberly were crowned Style Icons of the Night, celebrating their creativity, effort, and cyberpunk flair

Before moving into our year-end reflections, we took time to honor the individuals who made a lasting impact on Guerilla Staffing Solutions. These awards celebrated dedication, leadership, collaboration, and commitment to our culture.
