How long has Guerilla Staffing Solutions been operating?
Our mixed Australian Filipino family has been working together for over 10 years. In 2019 pre-pandemic we launched our outsourcing division after successfully running a Marketing & Design business catering to companies who wanted the quality of a top marketing agency wrapped in a cost-effective solution.
Why and what made you decide to do this in the Philippines?
We are proudly a blended family of Australian-Filipinos who have brought a little bit of Australia to the Philippines. Filipinos are very talented individuals, who can be extremely loyal, have strong work ethics and have an admiration for working for the long-term with their employers in the right environment. We are determined to build that environment within our wholesome family organisation, alongside like-minded clients who want to prosper their business, with an offshore team.

Where is Guerilla Staffing Solutions located?
We are proudly located in Clark Freeport Zone, in the Philippines. We serve Australia, Canada, Hong Kong, New Zealand, Singapore, United States, and the United Kingdom.
How do work weeks, public holidays and shifts work in the Philippines?
Your staff will work based on your selected hours and based on your Shift Schedule (Australian or US shift), this includes start and break times. This also means that they will observe your public holidays. Typically staff work a standard 8-hour day, 5 days a week with two 10-minute breaks and 1 hour for lunch. We ensure to comply with all our local labor laws.

What is the setup free for?
Our one-off setup fee for the preparation of your staff’s workspace, recruitment advertising for the role, pre-screening , testing, training programs, interviewing and onboarding. This fee is only paid upon success, meaning you only pay this if you have selected your candidate and set a start date! It is risk-free and gives us the opportunity to present some exceptional talent to you before you seal the deal with us.
What are my computer spec options?
We have pre-configured PC’s set based on your staff role needs, through our quotation process you will be able to identify the specific computer types that will be provided for your staff. Should you have any additional requirements, reach out to your Account Manager, and they will assist you to coordinate with our IT Specialist to arrange this for you.

Do you offer shared resources or only dedicated staffing?
At Guerilla Staffing Solutions we believe in offering you a solution to upscale your business, with staff that will impact and add value to your business. We do not offer a ‘shared’ staffing solution. We only offer dedicated staffing solutions, under the following arrangement;
Can I communicate with my staff directly?
Yes of course! We will assist you with setting up the best communication methods for you and your staff, to also integrate smoothly with your local team, as this is the key to the success of your business outsourcing to the Philippines, make sure your team here is connected to your local team!

How long is the process to get started with outsourcing to the Philippines?
This varies based on the role, skills and experience you are looking for, however below is a typical timeline from your initial contract signing to when your team is ready – on average it is between 21 – 30 days.

What do I need to provide for you to start recruiting?
We believe that it is important to provide our recruitment team with a good description on the essential skills and experience you are looking for, or would like to see in a candidate. They will use these qualifiers in the interviewing and training assessment stages, to find the right candidate for your business. Providing feedback along the way to our recruiters will help them fine tune the search process.
