Last September 5, 2025, Guerilla Staffing Solutions proudly welcomed graduating students from the University of Science and Technology of Southern Philippines (USTP) – College of Multimedia Arts – as part of their educational tour.

This marks the second time that USTP has chosen to visit our company, the first one being last year 2024. We are truly honored that they continue to see Guerilla Staffing Solutions as a valuable learning hub for their students.

Traveling all the way from Cagayan de Oro to Luzon, the students visited Clark, Pampanga and Tagaytay to gain valuable real-world exposure to different industries. We are grateful that Guerilla Staffing Solutions was once again selected as one of the companies in Clark to give these future professionals a glimpse into the dynamic world of Business Process Outsourcing (BPO).

Learning Beyond the Classroom

The visit was not just a tour, but an interactive learning experience. Our team shared insights that the students can carry into their careers, whether they are applying for their first job or already stepping into the professional world.

Here’s what they learned from our team members:

• Mr. John – Multimedia Specialist
  John introduced the students to tools, software, and equipment essential for thriving in the multi-media industry. His talk gave them a practical look at the creative processes used in real-world projects.

• Ms. Marigrace – Marketing Virtual Assistant
  Marigrace shared her industry experiences, including sample works, brand guidelines, and design tools that she uses to deliver quality outputs for clients worldwide.

• Ms. Erika – HR Manager
  Erika emphasized the importance of professionalism in the workplace. Her advice to “Embody Professionalism” resonated with the students as a timeless reminder of how attitude and conduct play a vital role in building successful careers.

• Ms. Tricia – Senior Recruiter
  Tricia guided the students with sharing life experiences, inspiring stories and job-hunting tips, from preparing for interviews to the do’s and don’ts that make a candidate stand out in a competitive job market.

An Inspiring Exchange

The visit concluded with a Q&A session, giving students the opportunity to ask questions directly to our staff while enjoying donuts, a sweet way to end a day filled with learning, inspiration, and meaningful connections.
